2026 Rendezvous and Annual Meeting Schedule of Events
The North Dakota Fur Takers Fall Rendezvous will be held August 28-29 at the Fairgrounds in New Salem, ND. Come and experience the fun!

- Fairgrounds will Open at Noon
- Vendor Setup
- Registration for Rendezvous
- 3:00 pm Muskrat Trapping using floats - Bruce Willyard
- 4:00 pm Coyote Trapping - Tony Simons
- 6:00 pm Potluck Supper - Bring a dish to share.
- 7:00 pm Board Meeting
Saturday August 29, 2026
7:00-8:00 am – Breakfast on your own
8:00 am - Doors Open - Registration and Vendors open for business, Silent Auction, Ticket sales
8:15 am - Official flag raising by Veteran members (Gulf war and Vietnam will be represented) with Pledge of Allegiance and Star Spangled Banner - Thank you Vererans.
8:30 am – Demo – Bobcat Trapping - Tony Simons
9:00 - 11:00 am - Kids BB Gun Shoot (must have a guardian who is registered at the convention present)
9:30 am – Demo – Marten Trapping - Todd Wilebski
10:30 am – Demo - Coyote Trapping - Travis Chilsom
11:30 - 2:30 pm – Lunch: Pulled Pork & Fixings - Free

On Saturday August 29 the Annual Fall Meeting will be held. An election of officers will be held at that time. If you have anyone in mind, please nominate them at the meeting.
